3 ways to propose this 4th of July

4th of July is one of the largest celebrations of the summer season, combining romance and fireworks (and food and drinks!). Independence Day festivities are a way to show your love not only for your country but for your special someone.

Say it with food

A 4th of July BBQ with your closest friends and family is a great way to propose, being surrounded by loved ones. Spell love words using hotdogs; add a proposal text at the bottom of the beer glass; drop to one knee in front of everyone or propose a toast, and then asking for her hand in marriage and ask his or her hand in marriage.

Say it with your dog

Your furry friends can be part of the magical moment too – have your dog carry a “marry my dad” sign, hold the ring box or bring in a puppy! We find dogs the best pet to perform this, but you can always surprise your loved one with a cat, iguana, or pet pig.

Say it with fireworks

Make sure you have a great spot to both enjoy the fireworks, while not being run over by the crowd – otherwise bending on one knee will just get you stepped on by someone else. The romantic silhouette of you on bended knee and the bright popping fireworks is pretty romantic (ask a friend to join and take a picture!)
