Sizing

We offer our rings in ring sizes 4-9 US for women and 7-12 US for men, at no extra charge.

For more rings size please contact us and we will get back to you with a quote.

The simplest way to find her ring size is to ask her friends or family. Her mother, sister, or best friends usually know this type of information.

Free Resize Policy

The Free Resize Policy is applicable for a period of 180 days from the date of receiving the product.
During this period, customers are entitled to one free size replacement for products that have sizing issues.

Custom and personalized orders

Feel free to request a custom order from us and have something made just for you. We will be glad to assist you to design the ring of your dreams. We put a lot of effort into the design process of a custom-made piece. First, we do a sketch and then we turn it into a 3d mock-up. After your confirmation, we are starting the production of the real piece. Such a process can take more than three weeks and a lot of resources on our side so please take it in mind when you are starting such a process with us.

Do you offer payment plans, financing, or Discount Coupons?

Yes. In an effort to make your purchase as easy as possible on your wallet we will do our best to assist you.

As much as we strive for lasting durability, our manufacturing warranty cannot extend to cover wear and tear, loss of gemstones, or damages resulting from accidental impacts. Additionally, extended or imprudent usage, including prolonged exposure to chlorine chemicals, household cleaners, and similar substances, may void the warranty due to resulting damages.

Do you offer Refunds and Exchanges?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That’s why we offer free returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30-days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s still in new condition.
We will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

*Once Semi-Mount items are set with a center stone, their warranty will expire.

How long before I get my ring?

We will need 7-10 business days to produce most of our rings and make them ready for shipping, our rings are made to order. Custom orders, special two-tone gold rings, or changes require more time to handle. For these items, the handling time is 21-28 business days. If you need the ring sooner, please contact us BEFORE purchasing regarding doing a “rush order”. The shipping is very fast and fully insured. We ship with FedEx which makes the shipment very secure. The delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days to the USA and about 3-4 days for the rest of the world.

Do you sell real natural diamonds and gemstones?

Sure, we do. We also sell Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD), which are identical to natural diamonds.

Each ring can be done with a natural or LGD diamond, or gemstone instead. Please contact us to get a quote.

International Customs Fees and Taxes for Non-U.S Buyers

There are customs fees that needed to be paid for jewelry being shipped to other countries besides the USA. The responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer. It’s important you will be aware of this tax, so you don’t be ‘surprised’ later when the ring arrives. The amount of the fees is something we have no control over, you can get more info about its rate by calling your nearest FedEx facility. Local buyers from Israel are committed to paying 17% VAT for each purchase.

Do you provide an appraisal/certificate of authenticity with every ring?

Yes. We provide our In-House professional Certificate of Authenticity/Appraisal with every piece of jewelry we sell.

This report includes a full description of the jewel (stating the quality of the materials, grades, etc.) including its picture and the retail replacement value for the insurance company. You will get the appraisal alongside the ring inside the package.
