For the avoidance of doubt, it is not allowed to return a product not in its original package or that has already been used. Damaged items cannot be exchanged.

In case of returning a product, a refund will be granted to the client, excluding the delivery fee and any tax, those will not be refunded and the responsibility for returning the product to the Company rests with the client.
